"Found" Poetry

Today we spent some time during writing looking for keywords and short phrases in newspapers to create a "Found" poem.

 Our classroom was a sea of newspaper but we had a great time creating our poetry in pairs.



An example of a "Found" poem (teacher model).  
The students' Found poems are displayed in the classroom.

    What an INTERESTING way to create poetry Rm 4. I can see Liam and Cameron cooperating together to create their poem. Well done boys!
